I give up...

...trying to figure out how often I can update, that is.  Every time I say something, it changes.  So I'll just tell you that I'm going to be busy this fall.  This may mean few updates, or it may mean I get organized and keep cranking them out.  Either way, we're done with fourth year and ready to move on to fifth... and we're about to make some more radical departures from canon than we have before this!

So I'll work on a few side stories, maybe get one or two of them done, and then get to "Facing Danger," which will have some scary stuff (and possibly a character death) right off the bat.  So don't go away!

Moving time

No harm in keeping y'all updated on my life... as of Tuesday (5/30), I'm in the process of moving out of my folks' house and into a place of my own.  One year of grad school, and then I'm into the yay-fun job market... thank goodness for fan fiction, to keep me on an even keel.  (Sort of.) 

Unfortunately, moving may mean fewer updates for a little while.  I'll try to be back on track soon.  Send me lots of reviews to support me through this tough time!  And let me know what you'd like to see updated next!

Well, since this is the first thing people see when they click in, I should probably keep it fairly up to date.  So here goes. 

"Dealing with Danger" is now updated at the same time on fanfiction.net and fanficauthors.net.  As of Chapter 37, we're pre-first task in year four.  No guarantees about new updates, but I have hopes for future Saturdays. 

That's really about all I have to say... except, thank you for reading and reviewing!  Reviews are the only pay I get for doing this, and although I'd probably do it even if I never got a review, I'm certainly more motivated when I do get them!

I see now that I should have been a tad more specific explaining my writing. 

I have completed a sequel to "Living with Danger," entitled (creatively) "Living without Danger."  It covers the first two years of our favorite cubs at Hogwarts, and is based on the idea that the bad guys' plans remain much the same, although the good guys have new ways to foil and thwart them.  "Dealing with Danger," the second sequel, covers years three (complete) and four (in progress) at Hogwarts.  More stories to cover the remaining years are very much planned. 

I will be posting what I have of those stories, and of the other things I've written, here within a few days.  If you just can't wait, I'm fully current on fanfiction.net under this same pen name.  Thank you all for reviewing, especially Aaran St. Vines, who made my heart sing by reviewing every single chapter!!

She's alive!!

"I'm not dead!"  Oops, sorry, wrong fandom.  Anyway, yes, I'm alive, though I don' t know that anyone cares... well, a few people do.  I will be posting up as much and as many of my stories as I have complete, though I may hold back a few that I'm a bit iffy about.  I may also post some re-edits here.  No way to tell for sure until it happens.

As pitiful as it sounds, if you read it, please review it!  Just drop me a line to say that you read it, and tell me if you liked it, or if you didn't, if you think I'm a decent writer, or don't quit my day job... I won't say I'm happy to see them all, but I'll never know what you think if you don't tell me!
