This is great. I love the fact that Draco and Harry have both had the dreams. The fact that Tonks has been keeping in touch with her cousin is wonderful. The family is forming up. I look forward to more of this story. Thanks for writing. p

I really like the way McGonagal has helped Harry today. The pictures were wonderful and I know Harry will cherrish them. I look forward to how McGonagal handles the Dursley's when she takes Harry back. Thanks for writing. pms

Yes I am also enjoying. Very much in fact.

This story looks like it is just getting warmed up and I can' trait to see who Harry meets next. I assume it will be Hermione and I think that meeting will be very interesting.

I am also anticipating McGonagall's plan for the Dursleys. Can't wait to see the next chapter.

I finished reading the entire Dangerverse again and then fell straight into love with this thing just like I did with "Be Careful" all those years ago.

This is great stuff, and I'm really enjoying this story. Wasn't sure where all this dream stuff was going at first (it reminded me of Maribel Hearn from Touhou Project, whose dream alter ego is a powerful magical being living in the hidden magical realm of Gensokyo, but she isn't aware of the connection). I thought it might be just Harry, then I thought it would only be the protagonist kids and their Dangerverse parents, but now it seems like it extends to everyone - even people who might not notice because the differences haven't impacted their lives. This is a clever and very novel idea - not bad at all. (Why do dreams feature so strongly in so many of your works, anyway?)

I have a feeling we've only scratched the surface as far as the connection between the dreaming and waking worlds goes. Looking forward to see where this goes from here.

Keep up the good work!

Mal Reynolds, huh? Just reviewed the entrance of the character in the first chapter; now THAT'S a distraction. Sneaky, sneaky... Yeah, I like this scene myself - you can do so many things with it.

'if wishes were horses...' and, perhaps, this time, they are.

Hee. Looking forward to seeing the letter!

I was pretty sure the dark ones were Dementors when you posted that snippet, but I didn't quite make the connection that Sirius could be swapping worlds too. Hm - a certain meeting in Madam Malkins could be quite different if Harry recognises the voice!

As always, I can count on you, dear Anne, to bring me copious amounts of delightful confusion. Every time I try to sort out the dream within a dreeam within a dream, my brain starts hurting. So I think I'll just settle back and enjoy the ride. And thanks for the wonderful offer of free books. I don't think I need any of them, but it's a lovely gesture, all the same!

Mal Reynolds and cats called River and Firefly.,. I'm sure there is more I missed so I'll get it eventually. Nice start, An intesting beginning. Hope we can see fairly consistent updates. Look forward to it.

Shiny! I love the constant Firefly references!

I really like the imagery evoked by the following excerpt -

"The heat from the radiator behind him, cranked to its highest setting on account of the late January cold snap, lulled him towards sleep, and his own words spoken aloud in his teacher's quiet voice set the scene he knew he would see."

I can almost feel myself sitting and reading in front of an open fire, slowly drifting off into fantasy and imagination... Perhaps like a leaf on the wind? :) This is the first story I've read in a while that has used such emotive language; I very much enjoyed it.

Thanks for writing!

A fascinating beginning. I loved the Firefly/Serenity nods - especially as Serenity was on the TV as I was reading this, spooky coincidence.

Dangerverse. Firefly. Yaaaaas. Everything is perfect, even when plot-situations aren't. Henry and John's mugs! The kittens! The nerdy-combinations! I'm in love, Anne, I really am. I always am, but this one hits an especially awesome note.
