Many thanks to you for writing this! The Chronicles have been one of my favorite series for years, and I've always hoped that somehow Susan came once more into Narnia! :)

This was brilliantly written, really got into the story. The characters almost came alive, which is definitely a good thing. Haven't seen such a good Narnia fic in like forever, perhaps never will again. Outstanding work!

Loved it! I never liked how Susan forgot about Narnia and all its treasures. The way you have skewed the ending to make it work its brilliant.
Well done!!!
Now hurry up and finish 'Facing Danger'!! lol

I have always, always hated that Susan was left behind as the last of the Pevensies and without the comfort of Aslan. This makes it a bit better.

Love it! I always hated the fact that Susan never made it back to Narnia. This is lovely way to redeem her.

Oh, *thank you*!
Susan's story has always made me sad, and the end to it Neil Gaiman wrote (as is only to have been expected, I suppose, given Mr Gaiman) was, if anything, even sadder than the beginning and middle that Lewis left her with. Now there is this nice, happy-sniffly possibility also. Yay!
Well done, too, the way you made plain the skip into _The Last Battle_. Worked for me!
Hm. It occurs to me that with fanfiction, we can indeed find out "what might have been", for our lessoning and greater understanding. Possibly fanfic authors are Serving the Will of Aslan!
Then again, aren't we all?(grin)

I must say, I didn't particularly like what happened to Susan in the book. After all, it is said 'Once a King or Queen of Narnia, alway a King or Queen of Narnia'. Your story here reconciles that nicely. It's a great story to boot too.
Very nicely done.

What a sweet, winsome, loving way to remember your Grandmother. I love this story, Susan's loss was something I always held against Mr. Lewis, more so after the movie was released. Thanks for this wistful, loving tale.

Very nice way to reconcile the movie version of Caspian with the end of the series and Susan not being a friend of Narnia anymore. I almost wonder if they'll do something similar, since they have changed a few things up, to give a fully happy ending.
