That was a very lovely chapter. It is so very nice for Draco to get a chance, and it's very Pack-like to take him in immediately. I love the way you deal with it: everyone knows to be careful, Draco is excited and scared, and isn't perfectly accepting. It's a very good mix.I love this line from Sirius: " He’s dying for someone to touch him, but he’s afraid that same someone will suddenly decide, for no reason at all, to hurt him. And from his life experience, that’s a perfectly reasonable thing to think. " It's so important to recognize that people with some type of trauma aren't acting oddly because they are dumb or they don't know how to be rational; rather, everything they do made perfect sense, and kept them safe, at one point in their life.

The funniest moment, for me, was Sirius' profound annoyance at finding himself back in the manor. He's just so done, he can't bother to be curious or worried, just annoyed. Wonderful. That Dumbledore already knows that the Pack is likely behind Draco is a close second.

Little Draco is freakin' adorable. All the cubs are at this age, but Draco's so cute right now even with the flashes of his canon self that show up at this stage. He speaks so clearly most of the time and then a word like "bringed" makes me wanna go "Awwwwww" and hug him close.

And I loved how they kicked Lucy's butt in the dream (yep, I'm calling him that from now on because he deserves no respect).

The way they dealt with Malfoy was excellent. What I liked even more was Lucius flipping Moody off at his trial - such a mistake.

Ch. 21 - - I am not sure, but this may be the best revenge on Lucius I have read. I want him dead, and he could easily be released later in the story in one of the canon or your manufactured prison breaks. So Harry, or anyone of the good guys could really get to kill him in the future.

It is impossible to not feel for a child that is abused, so even Draco can turn out good.

Terrific - redeem them before they need to be impossibly redeemed.

Damn, you're good. This chapter made me cry. Poor Draco. Good job setting atmosphere. I can already tell it's one of your strenghts, if not the greatest of them all.
