I love how you characterise Dumbledore. It makes a refreshing change from some of the depictions of him I've seen since I found the Fanfiction community. Everyone seemed to turn on him after DH. I just thought JK Rowling made him more human by giving him that less than savoury past. I liked that. He's perfectly in character here and I like that too.

She will say, "I told you so." Loudly, repeatedly, and worst of all, truthfully. Classic! I love it!!!

Uh-oh. I hope that this all works out! I hope Dumbledore finds out the truth soon. I really want to see some romance between one of the two couples soon as well!

I always like a caring Dumbledore.
By the way, this story has given me goosebumps so far--all the way up my arm. Good job.

I have to say that I love your take on Dumbledore. Far too many authors write him without any kind of common sense, or willing to sacrifice Harry's well-being for the good of Wizardkind...I like the idea that when he found out exactly how Harry was treated, he reacted the same as everyone else: restraining himself from physically attacking the Dursleys.
Really, the way some people write him, you wouldn't think he could run Hogwarts, let alone the First War.

Minerva's actions against Dumbledore are my favourite part of this chapter. Boy was he quick working that out. Great stuff.

ROFL at the ending phrase :D
Very well written, once again. I love the way the curse worked.
Dumbledre's thoughts are very well written. :) It will be fun watching him try to solve this mystery.

The normally unflappable Albus Dumbledore, Headmaster of Hogwarts, et. alia., is now *severely flapped*. He adds up the pieces (cursed Dursleys, missing Sirius Black, and the odd fact that the cursed used on the Dursleys is one that no Dark Wizard *could*, let alone *would* cast) and comes to the shocking conclusion that Sirius Black had help busting out of Azkaban. In the form of a werewolf. And the pair has Harry. And they are likely in the company of at least *two* Muggleborn witches. And, worst of all (yes, even worse than having to tell Cornelius Fudge), he has to tell *Minerva NcGonagall*.
(Opening theme from "Dragnet")
The story you have just seen is fiction. No names were changed to protect *anybody*.

Ch.11 - - That last line was wonderful. I hate to speak ill of the dead, but Dumbledore should have known better. I like the idea of McG getting on his case.
Your Curse of the Righteous was brilliant!
Terrific all around!
