thanks that's all I need to know

I've noticed a problem with this if you don't mind me saying. You see Harry should be with his parents because they should never have died because Wormtail isn't James' friend so he couldn't have betrayed the Potter's so how does any of this happen? I'm not a big problem really anything could have happened but it's bugging me and I really need an answer

Anne B. Walsh replied:

Wormtail betraying the Potters is not the only way they could have died. Even in canon, the Fidelius had only been up for a week. What if Voldemort had tried before then?

I hope it bridges to a sequel. I like this AU and thought that Point of No Return was very well written

Honestly, I like the start of this. I've gotten a bit tired of the DV stories, still love them, but I've had to pause in reading for a bit. This captures my attention as a new way to do an AU that I've rarely seen and there is so much potential for backstory. Keep up the great works.

Anne B. Walsh replied:

Yeah, I almost don't dare say it, but me too... I'm still going to finish the DV, of course, but it almost feels like a chore. Though that's probably just because I'm stuck at a fairly boring point in FD right now! Glad to know you enjoyed this.

I do like this version and would be happy to read more :)

Love, love, love! This is a very sweet little story, that brings out the side of Petunia that I can never help wishing did exist. So I loved it ^^.

This is a wonderful start to the story, but I for one would like to see it continue.

Anne B. Walsh replied:

I think it may well. No promises about when, though!

Well, when I read DH, it was the first thing that came to mind. He loved her so much--why not just make that love a different sort?

this story is great. I was really surprised when I read the uncle's name. I expected it to be Snape for some reason. This is awesome, I'd love to read more if you ever decide to continue.

Anne B. Walsh replied:

Well, you've read The Point of No Return now, so you know--it is! But if you could hear his "voice" in the letter, I feel I've done my job well.

Wow! Your writting has definitley improved since you first started. The storytelling is amazing! When it was first revealed that Russel is Snape (somthing I didn't expect) I didn't like it, but as I read on it grew on me. I'd very much like to see a continuation of this. You'll hear from me again. (Sooner rather than latter, odds are.)

Considering that was almost five years ago, I'd hope so! Thank you, though, and I hope you continue to enjoy my work.

If you're not going to continue it, do you mind if someone else does. Assuming my muse returns from having gone AWOL, this is a promising universe and I greatly enjoy it. Thanks for the chance to discover it.

Anne B. Walsh replied:

I would love to see what you did with it, as long as you didn't mind if I did too if the muse ever comes back to me for it!

A very well written 'Harry has family' opening.

Anne B. Walsh replied:

Many thanks.

Taking back my words. I have read it, just re-read it! :D

I think that 'the point....' may one of the few that I have never read from you but I like it, just like almost anything else you've written.

So let's just see what you can finish and you can always come back to it in the time to come.

ps: have you received my e-mail per chance?

Anne B. Walsh replied:

Yep, got it. Nice banner and yes, please do put it on LJ if you're proud of it!

This is a different point of view! I like it and would like to see more after you meet the other commitments to stories you have written. Thanks so much for writing. I really like all the varied angles you have come up with. Thanks for adding to the Potterverse! pms

Anne B. Walsh replied:

Yeah, I got a lot going... but I'm hoping to get some of it done soon!

This was an interesting little fic, that touched very well on a very reasonable explanation for the way Petunia treated Harry.
I appreciate your rescue before he was too severely damaged.
warm regards

Anne B. Walsh replied:

Yeah, it made no sense in canon to have him as normal as he was. Ah well.
