Umbrdige vs Pride? At this point I don't see her lasting past Hallowe'en. And the Blood Quill is right out the window with daddy-moony on the job, let alone the rest of the pack-parents.

But I sort of do hope you let the pride deal with Dolores on their own, instead of having Danger/et-al step in.

A temporary blood bond is an interesting idea, as long as Remus releasing Harry's magic isn't also a temporary thing.

Snapes' idea was much less dangerous sounding than I had expected.

So the monster in Harry's chest gets a bit of encouragement, in the form of a kiss, eh?

It always takes me a couple of sentences to get back into the story, but then everything comes flooding back, and wham! I'm in the Dangerverse again, well and truly into it.

Harry's powers are unlocked - very exciting! And they're working out the Horcrux two whole books in advance, which is definately good. They still seem a little young, but maybe it's the lack of capslock!Harry, i don't know. Here's hoping we skip the fiasco of Cho entirely and go straight for Ginny ... although are we allowed to talk about that? Or is that motion permanent? All the same the pride are clearly growing up - and I'm prepared to bet my copy of book seven that in an open pride + weasleys vs Umbridge, our favourite toad may just get what she deserves.

Oh yes, and thank you once again for updating. I appreciate the work that obviously goes into each chapter, and understand how hard it is to keep churning out the story. The fact that we are hanging off your every word should help though!

Excellent chapter as always.

By the end of the school year, I say that the Frog-Woman would spend at least 3 years in St. Mungo's for each member of the Pride. Perhaps then she might know her own name:-P.

Hehe this one screams Gred and Forge being involved...

Yay on the decision, I think its a great compromise and a nice way to get Harry's powers unbound...though I wonder if the power will be bound up again if he takes the amulet off?

And I really hope the water was tears and not more flaming snot...

I'd say the Umbitch is going to get bent over and spanked like a red-headed stepchild except that she probably gets off on such things.

Good compromise. I had a friend with lupus who died in childbirth of it, less than 10 years ago. It's serious stuff, and I'm glad you've given him an out.

Interesting way you have had them ID the locket so early - will Dumbledore recognize it from Luna's description?
