You've got to feel so sorry for Harry. You write Winky brilliantly, so many people can't get the hang of House-Elf speech but you do it really well. Eeeek! at that ending. Evil evil cliffhanger but excellent too. What did you do to Mr Weasley? Great stuff. More please.

Now that's a most excellent cliffie. I liked the way this chapter built it's suspense from start to finish with little "teasers" along the way to keep you reading through it. I wonder if Dolores (yeah, it's a mis-spelling of her first name, but the meaning of the name fits so well) really knows who/what she's dealing with? It'll be amusing if/when she finds out and this reader, bloodthirsty barbarian that I am, would love to see her being one of the ones to die, if she's not dead already - though I'd love to see her and Fudge die of apoplexy when they see that Voldemort is indeed back and their quite little fiction isn't safe any more, if it ever was. I'd rather Mr. Weaseley doesn't die and if his wife is to die, I'd like to see it be doing something really beneficial, like taking out Lucius and/or one or more of the Lestranges. Beyond that, I really don't want any of the Light side to die, but I know that's not realistic. I would ask that none of the Pack nor Pride die; severe wounds are recoverable, death isn't.

Please please please don't me go through Sirius's death again. I think I may actually break down if you do. save the pack and pride, and Arthur and molly. and I'll be happy. Save the twins if you can :)

Oh my. We're really in it now, aren't we. I had a couple of suspicions that Crouch was acting a bit ... off - now I know why! Nice cliffy (again), you're leaving us all on the edge of our seats here.
As far as votes for who should/shouldn't die... all the power is yours. I'd rather be surprised.
Great chapter, as always, and I can't wait for the next chapter (but no pressure, because I'll wait as long as needed)!

NNNNOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! Don't kill anyone please! That extreme plead out of my system, please don't kill Sirius or anyone in the Pack or Pride. I could deal with the loss of a Weasley or a professor or two. Another death I could envision producing plenty of angst is that of Aletha and Sirius's unborn child. It would also leave the numbers in the Pack and Pride even (unless you intend the new child to step into the hole that Draco's death will leave, though I sincerely hope that his death will just be a subterfuge to protect him or get a spy into the Death Eaters). I've enjoyed this story and my only wish is that you could update more often, but please don't sacrifice quantity for quality. Sara
ps. Please don't kill Sirius!

Wow! Barty Crouch Snr must really be Barty Crouch Jnr. So very, very superb. I didn't even guess it at all but I think its difficult to suspect characters when reading a story that is written like Fanfic is.
I'm really quite worried over who your going to kill, but I'm hoping none of the pack or pride because of the wedding scene Danger dreamed all the way back in the first fic.
Great chapter though, can't wait for the next bit.
Thanks for writing.

Mean, mean, cliffy! Great chapter though. Things are really moving again. As long as Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Ginny make it you can kill whoever you want. Especially if they're death eaters. Thanks for writing!

Man, when you decide to have it all hit the fan, you don't mess around, do you? =)
Great chapter. You've really been churning them out for the past month or two, this has been great. I like being spoiled. =) You've ratcheted up the tension a great deal, especially as we know we've reached a critical point in the canon. It really is that much more the cliffhanger for that reason alone -- you've never deviated that far from canon, all things considered. Makes me nervous, especially with the mention of Valentina Jett not writing anymore.
Great plot twist with the spy, by the way. I didn't see that one coming, and usually I'm good at seeing those things.

Oooh, what fun.
But a bit of explanation as to why Harry didn't think to leave with Fawkes would be good. Was the room too small? Was he preoccupied? I know it was important to the plot for him to save Arthur, but it seems to be a tiny loop hole.
Bit of a long tense chapter, but now I sense a roller-coaster about to appear. .. and I like it!
Barty crouch. Hmm. Didn't expect that either, which is a good one. Hmm.
thanks for sharing.
It's a great read.

Has there been a slight change of perspective in the last couple of chapters? The adults seem to be referred to as "Mr Moony" and "Mrs Danger" etc a lot more in these chapters.

Okay, now I see what you meant with the whole Harry-debacle when he dreamt of the spy, and knew his voice, but couldn't link it to the person himself. Though I do feel sorry for Crouch, as that's, what, the third time he's been used so to speak by the Dark? As a matter of fact, where IS he? Is he one of the dead guys during the battle? Hmmmm, am trying to decide whether that would annoy me, please me or leave me rather indifferent. I mean, the guy has had an enormous turn-around in this (might I add wonderful) story, what with him backing Dumbledore on pretty much everything, taking care of Kreacher,... Kreacher! Maybe that's how he got to be 'used'! His son got out, so he's part of the family as well, and therefor Kreacher wouldn't have any trouble with following his orders... Aha! And I'm probably rambling on in a completely inane way, but hey, that's what your story makes me do. *sticks out tongue* About the 'people dying' part: I don't like it, but I see why you have to (aren't I the nicest and most understanding gal you've ever met?). So, I'm thinking maybe Crouch, Lucius Malfoy as a definite 'yeah! Go get him!', and maybe someone who's accidentally managed to stumble upon the group of Pack and Pride leaving Hogwarts to go and help Harry (a student? Amanda!). Just wanted to put my thougts in here, who knows, you might even read them :). Anyway, thanks for writing and posting. I'm rather certain I'll die happily (or might be able to die happily) when the last chapter of FD has been posted. And that thought almost makes me cry. I mean, c'mon, the Danger-AU-verse (the original AU-verse of course, not the AU-AU-verse) ending? Finished? Not happening in my mind, but I see why you'd hae to. *sighs* I'll just keep on enjoying the ride, as we've still got 2 years and a couple of months to go through until the official ending. Yessssssss...
Toodles!
