*SNICKER*
Oh, too funny, Petunia making a wish for a normal life for her son, caused the curse to enable him with magic.
ROTFLMAO, I love it!

I think that it stinks that werewolves are sterile...tragic for Remus and Danger. :-(

Fantastic to see everyone settling in and getting along as a family. :-D

OK, here are my guesses as to the identities of the young adults in the wedding party dream sequence.

1. redhead boy (Ron Weasley)
2. redhead girl (Ginny Weasley)
3. black-haired young man (Harry Potter)
4. the girl with brown curls (Hermione Granger)
5. the youngest girl, who was dark-complexioned, (Sirius & Althea's kid)
6. pale blond boy (Draco Malfoy)
7. brownish blond girl (friend yet to be met)
8. brown-haired boy (friend yet to be met)

You're quite good. I'll hint that we know the two last ones from canon.

Excellent story, very well written--plot and character development. I'm looking forward to reading chapters 10 and up, but I have to go to bed now (grumble). It's 1:20am here and I have to get up at 6:00am to get my kids ready for school...then I can read more. ;-D

Anne B. Walsh replied:

Thank you for the lovely reviews--it's great to see someone reacting to the story as it goes along. I hope very much that you continue to enjoy it. I will warn you, in regards to your kids, that there are occasional adult moments ahead, but I've tried to 'code' them sufficiently that no one who doesn't already know what goes on will understand.

< brag > My mother uses my stories for bedtime reading for my siblings, ages 15, 12, and 9, and my sister, the twelve-year-old, lugs around the huge binders full of printed pages almost everywhere she goes. < /brag >

Cool, I love the touch of 1) Aletha suddenly playing a piece of music that Sirius could hear and helped him to ignore the pain in his muscles thus being able to endure the swim to shore, and 2) Danger registering Remus' panic/fear (that he would transform back into his human form before making it to shore), in her sleep, and so, "...One hand rose and made a pulling motion. ...Remus felt the water rush past him as a strange force pulled him forward.

His front paw touched bottom."

Both of our heros were saved by their "Lady Loves'" magic, even if it was done unknowingly, that just goes to show that their love is deeper, more strong and magical than originally anticipated.

Harry, the poor little tyke, is lucky to have been discovered before he could die from the abuse/neglect and illness, all while lock inside the cupboard under the stairs.

Aww, how sweet! I love how they got married, even if it had to be under assumed names, that they even made the effort is admirable.

*SQUEE* Too freaking cool, Neenie's sister is a witch! I love this story, and with it being rated for teens, I can actually allow my 13 yr. old daughter to read it. =D

Too cool, I had the grim and try part figured out. The colors are obviously hair colors, but they'll figure it all out soon enough. :-)

I like this story. It is amazingly well written. Also, you poetry is brilliant. I'm a huge fanfiction reader, and let me tell you, most of the poems (prophecies, sorting hat songs, etc...) are awful, even if the story itself is very good.
